Coin XChange Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements
GraceKennedy Payment Services, the operators of the Coin XChange machines, is required based on our contract to collect Know Your Customer (KYC) information for the Coin XChange services. As of August 2, 2022 customers changing out coins over the equivalent of USD 250.00, will have to provide the following information. Do note our COINXCHANGE remains free of cost and you will still get full value for the coins you convert to cash.
- Full Name and Address
- Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN)
- Valid Government-Issued ID (Passport, National Electoral ID, Driver’s License)
- Customers changing out coins over the equivalent of USD 1000.00, in addition to the above, will also be required to provide their Source of Funds, which can be savings, earnings, a gift etc.
- Full Name and Address
- Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN)
- Valid Government-Issued ID (Passport, National Electoral ID, Driver’s License)
- Children who are changing out coins over the equivalent of USD 250.00, will be required to be accompanied by an adult, and we will use the adult’s information for our compliance requirements.
